Shipping Methods & Timeframes
At Malak Aura, we take pride in providing fast and reliable shipping for every order. Most in-stock items are dispatched within 24 hours of purchase. If your order includes an item temporarily out of stock, you will be notified immediately with an estimated shipping date.
For same-day shipping, expedited orders must be placed by 3:00 p.m. (Ottawa, Canada time). If your order is time-sensitive, we encourage you to contact us before placing it to confirm availability and dispatch timing.
While we always strive to meet your expected delivery window, please note that delivery dates are estimates and may be affected by circumstances beyond our control. We are not responsible for delays caused by third-party shipping carriers. Once your order has been handed over to the courier, changes or cancellations may no longer be possible.
We process and ship orders Sunday through Thursday, excluding public holidays.
Shipping Carriers
We work with trusted carriers such as UPS to ensure safe and efficient delivery. If you wish to use your own shipping account or request a specific carrier, please reach out with your details.
For rush orders, contact us directly—we’ll do our best to meet your urgent needs. While we aim to ship on the same day payment clears, please allow 1–3 business days for standard processing.
International Shipping
We offer international shipping primarily via UPS, which includes tracking and competitive rates. If you prefer another courier or method, contact us for a custom quote.
Please note: International orders may incur customs duties, VAT, or brokerage fees, which are the customer’s responsibility.

If you're located in or near Ottawa, you're welcome to arrange a pickup appointment. Please contact us in advance to schedule your visit.
