Return Policy

At Malak Aura, we are committed to ensuring your satisfaction with every energetic product we offer. Because our items are carefully curated, energetically aligned, and prepared with precision, returns are handled with thoughtful guidelines to maintain quality standards.
Return Authorization Required
All returns must be authorized in advance. Items returned without prior approval will not be accepted. Please contact our support team at info@malakaura.com to initiate a return request and receive your Return Material Authorization (RMA) number.
RMA Number & Shipping Instructions
A valid RMA number is required for all returns. Products must be shipped freight prepaid and insured by the customer. We are not responsible for lost or damaged return shipments.
Returning New Products
Defective Items
If you receive an item that is defective due to a manufacturing issue, it may be returned for warranty repair or exchange within five (5) days of receipt. Defects resulting from misuse, impact, water exposure, or improper storage will not be covered and may incur a repair charge.
Non-Defective Items
Returns of non-defective items are accepted within five (5) days of delivery only if the item is in brand-new, unused condition, with original packaging, accessories, and tags intact.
Items that show wear, use, or damage, or that are missing components, will not be eligible for return. A restocking fee of up to 25% may apply.
Custom and made-to-order pieces are final sale and cannot be returned.
International Returns
International returns must be shipped with freight and duties prepaid by the customer. Malak Aura is not responsible for return shipping costs or customs fees related to international returns.
Returns of Used Products
Due to the energetic nature of our offerings, used items are not eligible for return unless explicitly agreed upon in writing prior to the sale. Any exceptions must be pre-approved by our team.
